A rich and flavorful Mexican chicken soup

This tesmole recipe came from my mother in law. She’s always sharing her delicious recipes with me and I am very grateful. This soup is made with dried chili peppers, vegetables and seasoned with herbs and aromatics. It also has Mexican dumplings made from masa harina. It’s a delicious soup recipe especially during this time of year.
